Acceptance of the Conditions<\/strong>To access the services provided on this website, the client must first accept the conditions, declaring that he or she is of legal age and in full use of his or her faculties.<\/p>

Cost of service.<\/strong> The description and cost of the services provided are detailed in the Online Consultations section.<\/p>

Return conditions.<\/strong> Once the Online consultation service has been contracted and payment has been made, the Client has the right to cancel and withdraw from said contract within a maximum period of 24 hours before the scheduled online appointment, without the need for justification, without penalty, as long as the Service has not been provided.<\/p>

For this, the client must expressly communicate it by email or by another means that allows proof of receipt by sending an email to maribelesteche@icam.es or by phone by calling 666 945 367 or directly at our registered office. In such case, Esteche Abogados will proceed to refund the full amount by bank transfer within a maximum period of 15 working days from receipt of the withdrawal.<\/p>

The services provided will be to the person designated at the time of booking the appointment; it is not possible to subsequently replace the person with another person.<\/p>

Code of good conduct.<\/strong> It is the obligation of all users to respect this website in accordance with the laws and code of conduct and\/or ethics.<\/p>
